


The highest quality textures require more VRAM when it comes to OJO BUENO. OJO BUENO is fairly customizable as it contains three different performance levels depending on the player’s PC. Yet another massive texture package, this one performs very well with the previous mod on this list. The mod doesn’t handle every single object in the game, but when combined with other graphical enhancements, it offers a very noticeable improvement. Everything from roads, the landscape, trees, vehicles, buildings, interiors and other assorted objects. There’s a wide range of objects that get covered by this mod. Smaller, individual mods can always be added later to fill in the gaps. All-in-one packages serve as a terrific base for sharpening the textures. For beginners and veterans alike starting with the NMC Texture Pack is a great place to start. Updating the textures is absolutely essential when modding Fallout: New Vegas. These mods should serve as the core of any player’s load order. With the right essential graphics mods in place, this game can be given a new lease on life. Luckily, as with most products associated with Bethesda and Obsidian, the modding community is quite active. However, there’s no getting around the fact that visually, Fallout: New Vegas is a fossil. if you want weapons, i would say go for the Millennia weapon pack and EVE. The Caesar's Legion overhaul and NCR overhaul that Dragbody made are really good options and change a lot of armors that you see all the time. I would suggest looking for some of the big overhauls to the factions that are available. It becomes a game of picking and choosing what we want and taking the time to install stuff. Unfortunately, there really aren't too many "all-in-one" mod packs out there for us. It's best to not deviate from their instructions if you want smooth installations. Armor and weapon mods are very easily installed through any of the mod managers and don't conflict all too much.įor some of the more game changing mods like Project Nevada, you'll have to install those per the instructions given by the author. That would really be my personal suggestion. Really, i think the best bet for anyone adding a bunch of content to their games would be to simply go through the top rated mods on the Nexus and getting a lot of the stuff that jumps out at you. That's a really good option for a large pack, i can't really think of any other large, all encompassing packs.
